Verdict
MASTER FIDDLE was disappointing when only sixth at Ascot last month but, on reflection, probably didn't see out the longer trip. He would almost have certainly won over 2m at Ffos Las earlier had he jumped with any fluency up the straight and is worth another chance. Kings Grey is dropped in distance after a couple of decent efforts over 2m4f at Ayr but may have to settle for a place again, though is still preferred to Lamb's Cross who was pulled up on his return to action in a Grade 2 at Warwick last month. Raya Star was made favourite for his hurdling debut at Fontwell but was just beginning to feel the pinch when falling two out. He'll know more today and probably has a bit more scope than recent C&D second Exotic Man.
