      Verdict

      Katie Gale throws in the occasional bad one and that was the case at Lingfield last time. She had won four of her previous five starts and is not easily dismissed but a chance is taken on the returning LONGSHADOW. He won three times over today's trip last term and went close off a similar mark to this at Thirsk in August. Rumble Of Thunder has won just the once on the Flat and that was back in 2009 and Kirkman's only win to date came in a maiden handicap at Beverley. Mr Snoozy landed a treble over shorter trips here in 2013 but has not won since.
