Verdict
Paws For Thought failed to cope with a hike in the weights when bidding for a hat-trick and Sir Maxi faces a similar task today raised 9lb for winning a nursery at Lingfield. CONSERVATOIRE also made a winning start in handicaps when scoring easily in the heavy ground at Goodwood and there looks more to come from the Haggas filly. Jumby placed in a conditions race last month and makes his handicap debut while Outrun The Storm is preferred to Southwell maiden winner Macmerry Jim of the remainder.
