Verdict

FATHER OF JAZZ was useful on the Flat for Roger Varian and while it’s no given that he can translate that ability, he’s had wind surgery since trying his hand over hurdles at Kempton in a stronger contest. Roccstar Bay misbehaved at Wincanton last time out but her mares allowance will be useful to have here. Parramount appears far more consistent for a recent wind operation while Queens Highway is of a likeable enough pedigree and will be a threat on this occasion if the going remains good. Joe Dadancer seems likely to set the fractions.
