In depth

Verdict

Freight Train is almost certain to improve on his debut run at Haydock. He started favourite that day and was prominent for a long way. But Marco Botti's newcomer ROCKY DESERT looks interesting on breeding. He is by Rock Of Gibraltar out of a mare that won a Group 3 over this trip and can make a winning debut. Forcible steps up in trip after a couple of runs in Newmarket maidens and may be capable of better while Hangon Harriet showed promise on her first start. Loom Of Life is a half-brother to a couple of all-weather winners and might be worth a market check.
