      Verdict

Pastime landed a double in June and has placed in both subsequent starts while Hajjam is another consistent sort and was runner-up at Ascot recently. Toy Theatre has decent claims on last month’s success at Newmarket and Clef has found only one too good the last twice now. The unexposed Robin Weathers has struggled in handicaps so far but OCEAN AIR also has plenty of scope. The latter disappointed at Headquarters back in May having won his first two starts but could go close on his return with Paul Hainey’s allowance helping his cause.
