Verdict
Hymenaios went close in both starts over a mile last term. He should stay this longer trip but may find Derby entry BATTERSEA too good. The latter finished third over today's distance at Haydock in October and the form looks solid enough with the runner-up subsequently winning. Cape Caster ran well on his debut on the Polytrack at Lingfield and is preferred to the thoroughly exposed Galaxy and the returning Kisanji. Newcomers to note include Inca Drum, representing last year's winning connections, Romsdal and Heisman, especially if the betting speaks in their favour.
