Prophesy ended last season prematurely after a win in soft ground at Carlisle in August and there should be more to come from him this year, while all ground comes alike to Maven but he's looked in the handicapper's grip since scoring at York in July. NOGUCHI is much travelled and has raced exclusively on the Polytrack since joining Michael Murphy. A winner on soft ground in Italy, it could be his turn today and he gets the speculative vote to return to winning ways. Multiple all-weather winner The Lock Master finally got to grips with this surface when winning three times in soft going last season. He looks a threat along with the returning Snow Trooper, while Askaud is well handicapped on past form if back to her best. Brockfield and Amaze are others to consider on their return to action.
