In depth

Verdict

ANOTHER ANGEL showed signs of inexperience when hanging left at Redcar on his debut. But he stayed on well to claim third in the closing stages and this faster ground may also suit. Champion Harbour will also know more now after finishing a modest third at Nottingham a fortnight ago but Rusumaat and Jester Spirit were both well beaten on their respective debuts. Sliceoflife and Norwegian Highness have entries in the Two-Year-Old Trophy while Northern Thunder and Afandem are other newcomers to note.
