A very interesting maiden featuring the hurdling debut of the brilliant bumper ENVOI ALLEN, unbeaten in four starts including championship events at Leopardstown and Cheltenham. He easily won a point-to-point on his first start in February last year so jumping hurdles shouldn't pose a problem. Zenon, rated 96 on the Flat when trained by John Gosden, will ensure he doesn't have things his own way while Entoucas has experience over timber having been narrowly beaten by subsequent triple Grade 1 winner Klassical Dream at Leopardstown in December though well behind that winner on the same track later. The latter's yard is also represented by Front View, who beat a big field of bumpers at Punchestown in April and has the retuning Barry Geraghty on board.
