Many of these have been plying their trade on the all-weather but Duncan Of Scotland did win at Ayr last month, though came unstuck at that track when attempting a hat-trick last time, finishing behind Guiding Star. Patrick McKenna’s filly was then third at Carlisle and wasn’t winning out of turn last time at Fairyhouse., though she’s shot up the weights and has still prove herself over this longer trip. OUR MAX has yet to win on Turf but went close over a mile at Leopardstown in April before winning at Dundalk. He gets the vote on that form ahead of Shelbe, Captain Midnight and Bien Chase.
