In depth

Verdict

Rare Symphony only found Clancy Strand too strong over 2m at Naas last month having earlier finished second at Ballinrobe. This longer trip may not be in her favour, however, while it looks too sharp for C&D winner Point The Toes and Dizzy Rascal nowadays. Black Rock Lake disappointed at Sligo in July but Celtic Cailin must have every chance of making up for losing a race in the stewards' room here last month. SOME FIDDLE finished ahead of the latter on similar terms here earlier and went on to win a little race at Perth. She was taking on better opposition when third at Bellewstown last time and can recapture the winning thread here. Nodelay still has her fair share of weight but may be the pick of the remainder.
