In depth

Verdict

Gordon Elliott tries Formal Bid in first-time blinkers in the hope of waking him up and he's dropped to a fair mark if anywhere near his best. Fleeting Moment hasn't been running badly on the Flat though he has a poor strike-rate but Daytime Dreamer ran his best race over timber for some time over the C&D last month. Black Rock Lake is only 4lb higher than when scoring over the C&D in August. He ran well behind Mister Benedictine at Ballinrobe last week and the winner has gone in again under a penalty. He's an obvious threat but BANK THE BUCKS looks good enough to defy a 9lb rise in the weights for his Ballinrobe victory as he won with something in hand on his first start for seven months.
