Verdict

Gordon Elliott won this last year and brings out winning point-to-pointer Kasszec quickly after she ran poorly in a Navan bumper on Saturday. She makes her hurdling debut and has it all to do against CHARLIE'S VIC, who made a big impression when bolting up at Punchestown last month and looks destined for much greater things. Nanna Maura was sent to Sedgefield to lose her maiden tag and did so in good style in first-time cheekpieces. She should go well but meets a very useful prospect this time and may have to settle for the runners-up spot.
