In depth

Verdict

TEACHER'S PET went up 6lb for winning over the course and distance in August and couldn't quite manage to follow up in softer conditions at Navan. In the hope that the rain stays away, she's handed the vote to get back on track. Sir Jack Yeats made a successful debut over fences at Tramore in August but has been a beaten favourite in his two starts over timber subsequently. Cairnshill is still a maiden but has gone very close in his last two starts in the UK and is one of the few here with some scope. Tb Broke Her ended a long losing spell when scoring over the track and trip in August and hasn't been beaten far in her latest races while Bellas Rock makes a quick reappearance after a fair run at Fairyhouse on Saturday, though he's only once reached a place in 14 career starts.
