Knocklayde Euro found two miles much too short at Down Royal after a much better effort over 2m4f at Navan when just touched off by The Hard Hat though his best form has been on softer ground. Information is 8lb higher than when gaining his only chasing success over this trip at Fairyhouse in October. The ground will suit but he may just need this on his return to action. Uncommited scored over hurdles here in October but hasn't shone so far over the bigger obstacles so this looks a good opportunity for HOOCHIE MAMA. John Coleman's mare has a poor strike-rate over hurdles but may be better over fences as she did well to be placed in a big field behind Twice The Craic at Navan when the ground was probably too testing.
