Beleaguerment has won three times here though never over a trip this far. Capla Knight has looked a few pounds high since his course and victory success and was almost three lengths behind COVIGLIA (NAP) last week. The winner has a 6lb rise to contend with but won from this mark in the UK. He also holds Well Suited on that run while the lightly-raced Chevillon hasn't been seen since December 2020 though improved massively that year and would be a threat if fit enough. Dark Street has run much better the last twice and wouldn't need much more to get involved.
