Masalai came with a late run to catch Complicit over a mile last time and races over this longer trip for the first time. He has 6lb extra but should stay while the trip is no problem for Jessamine, who won here in October before another good run over 1m4f. NIMITZ (NAP) has yet to win a race but went very close when just failing to catch Teo's Music early last month. He can race from a 4lb lower mark and has Sean Corby's claim as a bonus so looks the one to be on. Fianchetto is also close to losing her maiden tag after a much improved run last time while six-times track winner War Room can never be ruled out.
