In depth

Verdict

Billyfairplay was in excellent form here last winter but may need this under a big weight on his comeback. Tennessee Wildcat has been put in on a very realistic weight but hasn't run over a trip this short since 2016. Sir Ottoman won a similar race on the beach at Laytown in September and ran well over a mile here last time but it's over three years since Sevenleft won a race and he's difficult to recommend. MASTER SPEAKER is capable of winning this at his best. He won a strong Killarney handicap in the summer and though not quite up to that level in recent weeks he didn't get the run of the race in a handicap last time and his rider's claim puts him on a fair weight for this. Sayesse makes a quick reappearance after a fair run in a handicap here last week though could just find this on the short side.
