The Invisible Dog was bought for hurdling after showing good form on the Flat for Richard Hannon but hasn't taken to jumping so is expected to do better. FISHERMAN'S BLUES, who had shown real potential as a two-year-old, had very little racing last year but reappeared after a long break to finish a good second in a handicap over the course and distance and can go one better. The beautifully-bred War Goddess had a couple of runs for Aidan O'Brien a year ago and her paddock value would be greatly enhanced with a win under her belt. Mawaany was placed a couple of times for Sir Michael Stoute in the spring and has his first start for new connections.
