Verdict
GOLDEN CLUBS was well supported here on Wednesday despite showing little previously but found one too good in Whatever It Takes. Shark Hanlon's charge was very reluctant to enter the stalls but ran really well and compensation awaits here. General Bunching went up a massive 13lb after winning here in February and not surprisingly has struggled subsequently though this is a slight drop in grade. Carried showed his first sign of ability in a maiden here last month and makes his handicap debut from a lenient mark though a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of Pivotal Rock, who runs over this trip for the first time since landing this from 9lb higher a year ago.
