DARK PINE is comfortably the form pick on his neck defeat by Confidence High at Leopardstown as the winner finished runner-up in a Group 3 next time. Dermot Weld's charge has nothing of that calibre to beat here and should go one better. Bestrella almost made all over this trip at Gowran but then found softer ground and a slightly longer trip against her at Tipperary and looks the type to be suited by this track. Florence Thompson showed excellent pace on her debut over this trip at Naas and will have come on a bundle for the experience while Royal Casamento is another who may do better.
