Verdict

SASSY BUT CLASSY keeps finding one too good as she did here last week when caught close home by Aggression, who was making his debut. The winner is well regarded and David Marnane's filly should finally get off the mark. Sgt Rock has had both starts to date over 7f but has shown enough pace to suggest dropping back in trip will do him no harm. Behind Bars is out of an all-weather winner but his pedigree suggests he'll be suited by further unlike Period Piece, who looks a sprinter and is one to keep an eye on. Ace Of Arts made a very encouraging debut here in April behind the useful Cappella Sansevero but failed to build on that at Navan in July and Cool Dot Com will need to step up on her opening run behind Avenue Montaigne a fortnight ago.
