    Verdict

Paul Deegan won this last year and will be hoping for a repeat with Lady Fashion, who produced a shock victory over the C&D two weeks ago. This is much tougher however and HONEY OF A KITTEN looks the one to be on. Dermot Weld's charge attempted to make all over a mile at Naas last time but was headed in the closing stages by Obrigada. This shorter trip will suit and he should again take care of fourth-placed Peahen. When Not Iff is another front-runner who should be ideally suited by the track and trip and she was an impressive winner of a Galway handicap earlier this month. Dubawi Star gained a comfortable C&D success in November and was by no means disgraced in a Listed contest at the Curragh on his return but Fred Archer finished last in a Group 3 in August after a winning start a couple of weeks earlier.
