Verdict
Canon Law, who had three trainers in the UK, was a 25/1 chance in a similar race last week but only just failed to catch Sharjah. With his rider again able to claim 10lb he's an obvious threat to all. Glasson Lad, the winner of his only start between the flags, has had 32 starts under Rules and failed to win but Well Insured dead-heated for a minor race here last month and this isn't much better so he should go well Eloge is tackling the trip for the first time though has always looked as though he would be suited but THAT'S OURS stepped up to two miles last time and appeared to find it stretching his stamina. His only victory to date came over this course and distance and he's just 1lb higher so looks the one to be on. Singapore Secret led for a long way over 1m2f a fortnight ago but faded and tackles this longer trip for the first time.
