In depth

Verdict

Princess Tamay lost her maiden tag at the 13th time of asking when just hanging on from MEIHUA here last month with the favourite Tom Dooley in fifth, just in front of Jackie Ellis. The runner-up lost her chance by drifting and with blinkers applied for the first time she can gain revenge and take this. Caliso Bay, who was seventh, looks held but the lightly-raced and progressive Mezogiorno looks a threat after showing her first sign of ability here in March. Fight U For It is very consistent on this track and his run on heavy ground at Gowran last month should be ignored.
