Verdict
Boots Madden tries Whatever It Takes in first-time blinkers but she's still 6lb higher than her last winning mark as is General Bunching though he can usually be relied on to get into contention on this track Armed Guard has won once from 17 starts on the track and didn't run very well here last month so this can go to CARPET ELEGANCE. Tom Farrell's charge scored on fast ground at Tipperary last summer and won again over hurdles at Down Royal last week so looks on a very lowly handicap mark for this. Asian Wing has won three races here and has dropped sufficiently in the weights to be given a chance at a fair price.
