Verdict
Shake The Bucket is a standing dish around here and gained his ninth all-weather victory in November and, though he's been beaten twice subsequently, he's back on a winnable mark. Schindlers Ark has had four runs here without reaching a place and showed his liking for heavy going and hurdles when awarded the race in the stewards' room at Cork, his first start for Gordon Elliott. MARINO MARVEL (NAP) has been a beaten favourite in his last four starts yet has been raised 2lb for finishing in a place in his last three. He's due a change of fortune and can hopefully finally get off the mark. Glib Speech had been running poorly on Turf until a much better effort when dropped to 1m2f here last month while the versatile Bog War looked on the way back to form here last time and is now on a very lenient mark.
