UK raider Vodka Pigeon has only had four runs and makes her debut at the bottom of the handicap, though this looks a tough asssignment. Silk Cravat had been running well over 7f before staying on strongly to win over this trip under a big weight last month and hasn't been too badly hit by the assessor. Geological wins his share and ran well behind Captain Joy last week though could have done without a 3lb rise and though Plough Boy has won eight races he's never scored over a trip this short. Brave Display gained a surprise victory over Lily's Prince over the track and trip last month then found 5f too short a few days later. He can go well but this can go to the three-year-old KHWARIZMI, a winner over the minimum early last month before a narrow defeat three weeks later when looking as though he needed the extra furlong.
