Kevin Manning has rode THREE MAJORS twice, to victory in this race a year ago and into a close third here in September. The six-year-old is 2lb higher than last year but has been in good form and the combination can produce a repeat performance. He was beaten a length when third to La Novia a fortnight ago and is 6lb better off so should take care of that one, though runner-up Hey Pretty looks more of a danger as he didn't quite get the run of the race. Fourth-placed Very Smart also met trouble in-running in the same race so she's another who should be thereabouts. Nisior Donn and Victorious Secret dead-heated over the track and trip a fortnight ago so are difficult to separate.
