In depth

Verdict

Atmospheric High is just 6lb higher than when successful over the C&D in July and looks sure to go close under Johnny Murtagh. MISTY LANE was well supported when scoring over a mile here in May and made a bold bid to follow up in August despite a big rise in the weights. This will be her first start over the trip but she should have no problems and looks progressive enough to score again. Truly Genius won on his debut here in 2010 but hasn't been successful since though he's dropped to a reasonable mark as a consequence. Formal Bid returned from a spell of hurdling to run very well here last time so he's one to consider and though Aidan O'Brien has been unable to find a race for Exact he hasn't been beaten far, including at Navan on Wednesday, and the surface could bring out the best in him.
