In depth

Verdict

Dimitar was an expensive failure on his two latest starts earlier this year and has a long absence to overcome. Epic Encounter didn't appear to last out a mile here three weeks ago but could still find this on the short side. He finished in front of Storm Lightning earlier over this C&D and should do so again though both were behind FEATHERS AND BOWS and it's David Wachman's filly who gets the vote. She has become very frustrating but has been given a break since that latest effort and hopefully that will have freshened her up for this. Via Ballycroy didn't enjoy the heavy ground at the Curragh last time and has run well here in the past and though Gush is the definite form pick on her juvenile runs she hasn't been seen since last September.
