Verdict

This can go to CATCHY LASS, who attempted to make all over the track and trip three weeks ago but couldn't handle easy winner Hareth though she comfortably held off the remainder who included the outsider Breathe Easy and the disappointing favourite Sceilg. The latter was well below her best and would win this on her earlier form but has now had 13 starts without success. Papaya made a fair debut here a year ago but proved costly later and was a long odds-on chance when beaten at Wexford in July. Wither Hills scored over hurdles in December and like many of these could have done with a few obstacles to jump.
