Verdict
Some disappointing types here but Scrapper Blackwell isn't one of them. Ger Lyons' colt made a promising debut over the C&D before just failing to catch Vinson Massif over the minimum trip. He'll make further progress and must be a threat to all. Nurpur has been totally unsuited by heavy ground since being narrowly beaten over 7f here and though likely to get into the mix she may find a couple of these have too much pace for her. Cut Me Loose has yet to race on the surface but his best run came when tackling quick ground at Down Royal in July so he could be suited though the pick is MADE IN DESIGN. Kevin Prendergast's filly had no chance in a Group 3 at the Curragh last time but has run well twice on this track and her allowance will be a big advantage.
