Richard Strauss gained his only victory to date over this track and trip but is still higher in the ratings and hasn't been running well over hurdles. Carrigeen Prince has been carrying big weights, including when scoring at Naas, and has won twice around here while Shabra Emperor has a fine record on the surface though is much better handicapped on Turf. Park Row takes a big drop in trip but The Lords Walk was in good form without winning last winter and should go well if ready after a break. NIVVO should probably have won by now but hasn't been beaten far in any of her starts, including her first two here in the spring. She looks to have as good a chance as any in a wide-open handicap.
