Pillar just got the better of Red Cymbal after a sustained battle over 6f here last week, his second track victory on his 25th start. He has the better of the draw this time and can confirm the form. Pretty Smart beat a big field over this trip in a Navan handicap then didn't enjoy 6f on testing ground at Fairyhouse while the lightly-raced ALL ABOUT IVY led for most of the way on her first start for Michael Halford at Navan last week. The latter has more scope than most of these and can gain her first success though course and distance winner Bambari made a very encouraging reappearance at Cork after a long absence.
