Verdict
SHAKE THE BUCKET has won nine times around here including this race a year ago. He's won from much higher marks and was returning from a spell over jumps when beaten a length here last month and can gain track victory number 10. Trautmann is a rare UK raider in such a low-grade handicap but is a versatile performer having won twice at Musselburgh in the summer then scoring on Tapeta at Wolverhampton and Rebecca Menzies has booked Colin Keane. Sleepy Head completed a double here around a year ago and has been in good form this summer without winning while Solar Heat won here in May and at Ballinrobe later in the summer and has also been busy over jumps. Rips Dream showed massive improvement on earlier form to finish runner-up on his first start on the surface last month and further progress would put him in the picture.
