        Verdict

        The three-year-old Long Reign only won a maiden last time but is probably starting to head in the right direction and is something of an unknown quantity in a race in which most are old rivals. MIRACULOUSLY OURS beat At The Office, Troop The Colour, Winter Shadow, Anse Lazio and Earl Of Warwick at the start of the year. He didn’t far as well against almost the same opposition next time but was unlucky against Holy Warrior here at the start of the month and may be the addition of blinkers will help him gain some consistency. Silver De Lange’s last two races have been in Listed and Grade 3 company so he is very much one for the shortlist having his sights lowered.
