        Verdict

        Dartington has been raised 5lb for winning at Brighton while Dolphin Vista finished in front of Knowing, who won on last year’s card, when third here in July and is closely matched with Hackbridge on last week’s running when they filled the places over over track and trip. Thermal won over course and distance in July but DESERT EMPEROR is the least exposed and having undergone wind surgery since fourth at Newbury on only his second start handicapping, he gets the vote to open his account.
