    Verdict

WAVEBAND can claim the last although Strike The Deal and Interakt should ensure a competitive finale. Amy Ryan has already ridden winners for Mark Johnston so her 5lb claim is utilised in order to negate the majority of that six pound penalty accrued for victory at Ascot. Strike The Deal won under positive tactics at Redcar although he has more to do on the time figures. Interakt is workmanlike enough over seven furlongs. Abhar won at Windsor recently and has had experience of racing over further. Fonterutoli is relatively unexposed compared to a number of these rivals and cheekpieces are tried for the first time. Waveband does have plenty of weight to carry but with the assessor likely to add more in the future, she is taken to add to her tally in the nightcap.
