Verdict
Chartwell House sets the standard in this on a couple of placed efforts at Windsor. He was taking on decent opposition last time at Goodwood and is now fitted with a hood. Cobalt Blue improved on his debut run when fourth at Newbury but Sydney Mews ran poorly over course and distance on his second outing. Ralph Beckett trained LUNACY’s half-sisters Luna Dorada and Galah. Both enjoyed soft ground so there is every reason to expect that the New Bay colt will do the same. Speziato, a half-brother to a 6f winner in Ireland, is also worth a second look.
