Verdict

This looks tough, though Khelman has disappointed since winning over 7f at Chester last month and Shamshon has been out of sorts this season. Gentlemen has already won five times this year but all of those victories have been achieved on Polytrack. Shanghai Glory has improved this term but is still climbing the weights and penalised Nottingham winner Escalating would have preferred softer going while Catterick scorer Luis Vaz De Torres has never won off a mark this high. ISEEMIST is 13lb higher than when landing this 12 months ago but the grey has faced some stiff tasks this year. She was badly drawn here on Derby Day but has no excuses on that score today.
