Verdict

Faraway Mountain is much better than he showed at Tramore and is preferred to fellow Irish raiders Knocklayde Sno Cat and The Jazz Singer - Novo Dawn was due to run here yesterday. Close Escape was second to a previous winner at Southwell but was beaten nine lengths receiving 6lb. Connections have had to be patient with HILLS OF DUBAI but he was beaten less than a length over this trip at Aintree on only his second start over timber and may now be ready to open his account.
