Seven Devils comprehensively reversed running here last month with Wot A Shot at Kelso but has been put up 11lb for that. Theflyingportrait was second at Uttoxeter after winning at Cartmel so has to go on the short-list. Baroque Style should be approaching peak fitness and Claragh Native has tumbled down the weights this year but the penny may finally be dropping with QUICK BREW, who is well treated on his hurdles form and was clear of the rest when runner-up to the odds-on Pistol Park at Hexham 11 days ago.
