Verdict
R'Cam can round off the meeting on a solid grounding for Carl Llewellyn, as his charge is fancied to have the edge over Stripe Me Blue and Sir Oscar. The last named may be suited by a test of stamina and, as he represents a top yard, he has to be respected. A market move in his direction would be interesting. Stripe Me Blue has encountered some decent types in his races to date and is gaining in experience all the time. The nature of the ground dictates that he will need to settle quicker than he has done in the past, but he cannot be dismissed in an ordinary race such as this. Nevertheless, there was a lot to like about R'cam's debut run at Ascot and, as that form has subsequently been boosted, the son of Glacial Storm sets the standard this afternoon.
