In depth

Verdict

Field Exhibition beat two rivals in a higher grade at Musselburgh last month but that was over 3m and this may not play to his strengths. The Kings Baby also needs further but Midnight Midge won over 2m at Wincanton on Boxing Day and makes more appeal than Mere Anarchy and the four-year-old Karakoram. SMARTY WILD was a 20/1 chance when successful at Ludlow but beat a previous winner and, with probably more to come, can make a winning start in handicaps.
