In depth

Verdict

One For The Guv'Nr won two of his three starts in bumpers last season and is an interesting recruit to hurdling. Dancing Shadow was second on his hurdling debut at Uttoxeter but was beaten 20 lengths and he's likely to need more here. Bar A Mine, Horace Hazel and Robinsfirth are all worth monitoring while Sivron, The Doom Bar and Work In Progress have all shown promise in point-to-points. But it's going to take a decent performance to prevent HELLO GEORGE (NAP) getting back to winning ways. He made a bold bid to give 7lb to the potentially smart Jollyallan and King's Tempest here last month and the winner has franked the form since.
