Verdict

Plumpton winner Hazy Dawn is probably open to a little further improvement but may be vulnerable here under her penalty. Time To Think was pulled up at Taunton last time after winning at Folkestone and also looks worth taking on but Pepite Rose should be thereabouts after overturning the odds-on Dhaafer at Warwick 11 days ago. Semi Colon has been placed in both starts over timber but a beaten favourite on both occasions and just as interesting is the progressive Playful Rose, who was second over 2m4f at Towcester on only her third start. But we are going to take a chance on PRETTY PENNY, who was second between the flags last season and is a full sister to a winning hurdler. She could be allowed to start at generous odds on her debut under Rules.
