Verdict
It was through no fault of his own that DRAGOON GUARD unseated his rider at Plumpton last month. Anthony Honeyball had a big winner at Aintree on Saturday and has his string in terrific form so the joint top weight can finally get his head in front here over hurdles. An Siltean is surely better than he’s shown so far while Flugzeug is a consistent performer at this level and back on a winning mark. Ultimate Dream won at Towcester in December but turned in a shocker off this mark at Uttoxeter shortly after and hasn’t been seen since.
