      Verdict

      Full Back is penalised for landing a Plumpton novices' event by 31 lengths though he only had two to beat. He will need to jump better against these and four-times winning hurdler Dolphin Square looks a real threat on his chasing bow despite pulling up in a Haydock Grade 3 last time. Winning bumper WELSH SAINT has won twice over timber including a Class 2 handicap on heavy ground at Haydock in February. He looks a nice type for chasing and can make a successful start as the remaining pair look out of it.
